# Print or download futures from the website

You can keep a board's words as a file or print them on paper. A **PDF** keeps the page layout. An **EPUB** is a book file for an e-reader app.

## Download a ready-made file

1. Open a board on the [Futurecast website](https://futurecastapp.com/affirmations).
2. Scroll to **Keep the whole board**.
3. Under **The printable**, tap **Get the PDF**.
4. Choose **Minimal** if you want a plainer page style.
5. Tap **Download PDF**.

The standard download uses Letter paper size. Choose **A4 paper** if that matches your paper. Other options include a **dark screen edition** for reading on screen and **EPUB for your e-reader**.

These downloads contain the ready-made edition. To choose your own lines, use **Make it yours** instead.

## Preview, print, or copy

- Use the page arrows to see the next or previous page of a long edition.
- Tap **Print** to open your browser's print options. This prints the whole document, not only the page shown in the preview.
- Tap **Copy all** to copy the words. **Copied** confirms that they reached your clipboard. You can then paste them into a note.

If copying is blocked by your browser, the confirmation will not appear. You can download the document instead.

## Make your own version

A **cut** is your chosen set of lines. This changes your printable version.

1. Tap **Make it yours** on the PDF page.
2. Tap the circle beside a line to leave it out.
3. Tap the circle again to bring the line back.
4. Drag the dotted handle beside a line to move it up or down.
5. Check the preview and page count.
6. Tap **Print your cut**.
7. Choose a printer, or your browser's PDF-saving option if it offers one.

You can also start from the board page. Under **The printable**, tap **Make it yours**. The PDF page opens ready for step 2.

With a keyboard, select a line's reorder handle and use the up or down arrow to move it.

**Reset** brings back every line in the original order. The back button with the PDF title returns to the full edition's preview.

Save or print your version before leaving or reloading the page. Your choices do not create a saved board in the Futurecast app.

## Print the rest guide

The [seven types of rest guide](https://futurecastapp.com/guides/seven-types-of-rest) has a separate one-page rest map.

1. Scroll to the guide's printable section.
2. Choose the Letter or A4 download for your paper.
3. Open the file to print it.

You can also choose **print from your browser** to open its print page.

## If an option is missing

Interactive controls need your browser to allow the page's scripts to run. If those controls are unavailable, use the ready-made file links shown on the page.

Browser print and save options vary by device. Downloading the ready-made PDF is the easiest option when you do not need a custom selection.
