A smoother first ritual
September 14, 2026 · Version 1.4.3
Your first guided ritual is now a free playground. Pick any pause length and any number of reps while you are in it. Nothing is locked, and no upgrade prompt interrupts your first guided ritual. Your usual settings return when you finish.
Fixes
Playback Pause playback on purpose and it stays paused, even after a phone call.
Fixed Requests to rate the app now arrive only after a completed session, never mid-practice.
